A pair of soft, padded triangular pads with an adhesive surface on both faces, sold in two sizes.
- Adhesive on both sides: one face holds to the fabric of the cup, the other to your skin, so the pad is less likely to slide out of place (supplier listing).
- Padded: a soft sponge pad that adds shape inside the cup of a fitted top (supplier listing).
- Reusable: hand-rinse, air-dry and put the protective films back on (supplier listing: "cleanable and reusable"; no number of wears stated).
- Two sizes: M (the smaller pad) and L (the larger pad). The supplier doesn't publish pad measurements or a cup chart; we will add measured sizes when our samples arrive.

Unopened pads (protective films still on) can be returned within 30 days of delivery for any reason; for a change of mind you pay the return shipping. Because the pads touch your skin, used pads can only be returned if they are damaged, defective or wrong — then we pay and you choose a replacement or a full refund.

What's in the box?
One pair (two pads) in the size you choose, each with its protective films. The Two pairs offer is two pairs of the same size.
Which size should I choose?
The pads come in two sizes: M is the smaller pad and L the larger one. The supplier doesn't publish pad measurements or a cup chart, so we don't invent one. Choose by the cup you'll put them in: M for smaller cups, L for fuller cups. We'll publish the measured pad sizes as soon as our own samples arrive. Not sure? How do they stay in place?
Both faces are adhesive: one holds to the fabric of the cup, the other to your skin. They hold best on clean, dry skin and fabric. Lotion, oil, powder and heavy sweat weaken the adhesive, and thin or loose fabric gives the pad nothing to rest against. They add shape inside a fitted top; they don't hold you up on their own.
Why isn't my pad holding?
Usually one of three things: lotion, oil or powder on the skin; lint or dust on the adhesive (rinse it with water and let it air-dry); or a top that is too loose or thin. Try a fitted top with cups or a lining.
Can I swim or work out in them?
People do wear pads like these inside swim tops and sports bras. We haven't tested ours in water or during sport, so we make no waterproof or sweat-proof promise. Wear them inside a fitted top with cups and check them after swimming.
How do I clean them?
By hand only: rinse with lukewarm water and a little mild soap, gently clean the adhesive with your fingertips, let them air-dry with the sticky side up, then put the protective films back on. No machine washing or drying.
How many times can I reuse them?
The supplier calls them cleanable and reusable but doesn't state a number of wears, so neither do we. The adhesive gets weaker over time; rinsing removes lint and restores some tack. Replace them when they no longer hold.
Are they OK for sensitive skin?
We have no material or skin test from the supplier, so we make no hypoallergenic or latex-free claim. Try one on a small area of skin for a few hours first. Don't use them on broken, irritated or sunburned skin, take them off at the end of the day, and stop using them if you notice redness or itching.
