Shipping policy

In short: We ship to addresses in the United States. The product page and the checkout show the estimated delivery time before you pay. If we can't ship on time, we email you and you can cancel for a full refund. You never pay import duties on delivery.

Where we ship

We ship to addresses within the United States (the 50 states and the District of Columbia) that our checkout accepts. If the checkout does not accept your address (for example some PO boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses or US territories), we can't ship that order there.

Shipping costs

The shipping cost, if any, is shown on the product page and at checkout before you pay. It is never added later.

Processing and delivery time

  • The product page and the checkout show the estimated delivery time for your order.
  • Processing: we pass your order to the warehouse after you pay. The warehouse packs it and gives it to the carrier. The time this takes is part of the estimate shown.
  • Where it ships from: depending on the product, orders ship from a warehouse in the United States or from an international warehouse. Orders from an international warehouse take longer. The estimate on the product page already includes this.
  • Delivery times are estimates. Carriers sometimes take longer, especially around holidays.

Tracking

When your order ships, we email you the tracking number and a link to follow your parcel. You can also check your order status at any time with the link in your order confirmation.

If we can't ship on time

We only state a shipping time when we have a good reason to expect it. If we can't ship your order within the time we stated (or within 30 days of your order if no time was stated):

  • We email you before that time runs out. The email gives a revised shipping date, or says that we can't give one.
  • You can cancel your order for a full refund, or agree to the new date.
  • If the new date is 30 days or less after the original one, and you don't reply, we treat that as your agreement to wait. You can still cancel any time before your order ships.
  • If the delay is longer than 30 days, or we can't give a date, we only keep your order if you tell us you want to wait. Otherwise we cancel it and refund you.
  • If we can't meet the revised date either, we email you again. Your order is then cancelled and refunded unless you tell us you want to keep waiting.
  • Refunds for cancelled orders are sent within 7 business days to your original payment method.

These promises follow the FTC Mail, Internet, or Telephone Order Merchandise Rule.

Import duties and sales tax

  • No duties or import fees on delivery. If a parcel ships from outside the United States, we pay any import duties and customs fees. If a carrier ever asks you to pay any, don't pay: contact us and we will handle it. If you already paid, we refund the amount.
  • Sales tax is calculated at checkout, based on your shipping address, where it applies.

Lost, late or damaged parcels

We carry the risk until your order is delivered to you. If your parcel is lost, arrives damaged, or tracking shows no progress for a long time, email us at support@workfish.app. We will send a replacement or refund you. See our return policy for damaged or wrong items.

Wrong address

Please check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice a mistake, email us right away. We can change the address until the order ships.
